Chelly Arks is a woman obsessed with the pursuit of knowledge. To that end, she compiled any and every source of information she could find, culminating to the establishment of her own library. She will answer any and every question one might ask of her, and she will do her best that any and all patrons that might come to her library will not leave wanting for information...

Her Mission...

There are many things that Chelly would like to do. And while the missing memories of her past annoys her to no degree, she will happily settle with helping those that her expertise is able to assist. Her hoard of books is available to all that might need them, and she will make sure that her collection is as complete as it possibly can...

A library and a home...

While her library is open to all, it is also her personal refuge. Any and all are welcome to relax in the homely atmosphere of learning that the librarian has created. Everyone is free to take pictures, sleep, or read to their heart's content...
